TMOdesigns offers several website maintenance programs to compliment our web services. Whether it is your current website or one that we've designed for you TMOdesigns can handle your maintenance needs.
TMOdesigns offers the following maintenance options:
| Contract Length | Rate/Hr | Hours/Month | Total |
| Hourly | $75/Hr | -- | -- |
| 1 Year | $65.00/Hr | 1 | $780 |
| 1 Year | $60.00/Hr | 2 | $1440 |
| 2 Years | $60.00/Hr | 1 | $1440 |
| 2 Years | $55.00/Hr | 2 | $2640 |
* Any overage per month will be charged at $75/hr. All hours are tracked to the nearest 1/4 hour.
These options will cover all manner of content, graphic, minor development, link validation, etc. If you will only be making small changes periodically, the 1 hour package should cover them. If you know that you will make more changes in a certain half of the year you could also use a combination of the rates.
If there are major changes to be made to the site like revamping the look, adding database access, complicated new pages TMOdesigns will charge at $75/hr. You will be notified of the predicted rate change, and given an estimate before development is started. If a major change is started, maintenance hours for that month will be used toward the development time. For example, if you have the 2 hour per month maintenance contract and a project takes 10 hours then only 8 hours will be charged at full cost.
